Last updated: February 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the TRYON platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in certain jurisdictions subject to GDPR) to use TRYON. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Use of AI Technology
TRYON utilizes advanced generative artificial intelligence to provide virtual try-on experiences. You acknowledge that AI-generated results are simulations and may not perfectly represent real-world fit, color, or fabric behavior. These results are for visualization purposes only.
3. Subscription & Billing
Certain features may require a paid subscription. All payments are processed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store or Google Play). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app store.
4. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the service, you grant TRYON a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and store your content solely to provide and improve our services.
5. Prohibited Content
You are strictly prohibited from uploading, generating, or sharing any content that contains nudity, sexual activity, explicit sexual content, or any form of pornography. We also prohibit content that depicts extreme violence, hate speech, or illegal activities. Violation of these standards will result in immediate account termination and a permanent ban from our services.
6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms—including the prohibited content policy—or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
TRYON is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to incorrect fit visualizations or data loss.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Significant changes will be notified via in-app alerts.
