TRYON End User License Agreement (EULA)
This Terms of Use document also serves as the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the TRYON mobile application and related services.
By downloading, installing, or using TRYON, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: May 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using the TRYON platform. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these conditions.
1. Eligibility & Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use TRYON.
TRYON is not intended for children. We do not knowingly permit use by anyone under 18.
2. Use of AI Technology
TRYON uses generative artificial intelligence to provide virtual try-on experiences. AI-generated outputs are simulations and may not perfectly represent real-world fit, color, fabric behavior, or product details. Results are for visualization purposes only.
3. Subscription & Billing (App Store, Google Play, and Web)
Certain features require a paid subscription or optional one-time purchases (such as top-up credits). Depending on your region and platform, payments may be processed through:
- Mobile app store billing (iOS and Android) for in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions; and/or
- Web checkout and payment processors for eligible purchases initiated on our website or via in-app links.
Auto-renewal: Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
How to cancel / manage:
- iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
- Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
- Web purchases: use the billing or customer portal link in your purchase email, or contact admin@tryonapp.xyz
Pricing and taxes: Applicable prices are shown before purchase confirmation. Taxes, exchange rates, and localized pricing may vary by region and billing platform.
Trials and offers: If a trial or introductory offer is provided, the app or checkout screen will disclose its duration and post-trial billing terms before you confirm.
Refunds: Refund eligibility is governed by the policies of the app store or payment processor that handled your purchase, as applicable. We do not guarantee refunds outside those policies.
One subscription, one TRYON account
Each paid subscription or store purchase is tied to one TRYON account. When you subscribe or restore purchases, that subscription is bound to the account you are signed into at the time of purchase or first successful restore.
You may not share, transfer, or apply the same store subscription across multiple TRYON accounts. If you sign in with a different account and attempt to restore a subscription that is already linked to another TRYON account, access will not be granted on the new account. To use a subscription on a different account, you must cancel the existing subscription through the applicable billing channel and purchase a new subscription while signed into the intended account.
If your TRYON account is disabled for violating these Terms, you may not restore or use an existing store subscription on a new or different TRYON account. You must cancel the subscription through the app store or payment channel where you purchased it.
Free credits
TRYON may offer a limited number of free try-on credits to new users. Free credits are subject to availability and may change or end at any time.
To prevent abuse, each physical device may receive only one free-credit grant, regardless of how many accounts are created on that device. Additional accounts on the same device may receive zero free credits. We may use device identifiers and account information to enforce this limit.
4. Apple Standard EULA
If the App Store listing indicates that TRYON is subject to Apple’s standard end user license agreement, that agreement applies as published by Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
5. User Content & License
You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. By using TRYON, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, and distribute your content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve TRYON, including:
- generating and storing virtual try-on results in your account;
- displaying your profile, posts, comments, and related activity in the app where you choose to share them or where they are visible under your privacy settings;
- enforcing these Terms, responding to reports, and applying moderation actions; and
- creating thumbnails, compressed previews, or technical copies needed for performance.
Private accounts
If you enable a private account, your content is hidden from users who are not approved followers. Private settings do not limit TRYON’s ability to access, review, store, process, or disclose your content as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
By using TRYON, you grant TRYON a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your content solely to operate, provide, secure, enforce, and improve TRYON — including for moderation, safety review, legal compliance, and responding to reports — regardless of whether your account or content is public or private.
This license is not a license to sell your content as a standalone product, and TRYON does not use your photos or posts to train third-party AI models for unrelated products unless we separately disclose that and obtain any required consent.
Photos containing minors: For your safety and privacy, we strongly recommend blurring or hiding the faces of any minors appearing in photos before uploading. TRYON is intended for adult users trying on clothing. You are solely responsible for the content of photos you submit.
Intellectual Property
TRYON, including the application, website, software, design, logos, trademarks, and other materials we provide (excluding your User Content), is owned by TRYON GENERAL TRADING-L.L.C - S.P.C or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TRYON for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of TRYON except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
6. Community Guidelines, Posts & Comments
TRYON’s access for safety and enforcement
Nothing in these Terms limits TRYON’s right to access, read, preserve, review, or disclose information we reasonably believe is necessary to:
- comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- enforce these Terms, including investigating potential violations;
- detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues;
- respond to user reports or support requests; or
- protect the rights, property, or safety of TRYON, our users, or the public.
This applies to all accounts and content, including private accounts, private posts, direct interactions visible to TRYON systems, and content reported by other users.
Content removal and account actions
TRYON may remove or refuse to distribute content, limit distribution or visibility, suspend or terminate accounts, restrict features, reclaim usernames, or take other enforcement actions if we reasonably believe content or conduct violates these Terms or creates risk to users, TRYON, or third parties.
We may take these actions with or without notice where permitted by law. Private account status does not prevent TRYON from removing violating content or restricting an account.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, contact admin@tryonapp.xyz with the subject line “Moderation Appeal” and include your TRYON username and a brief explanation. We may request additional information and will review appeals in our reasonable discretion. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement.
Third-Party Services, Shops, and Links
TRYON may display, link to, or let you browse third-party websites, retailers, products, or services (including through in-app browsing or external links). Those third parties are independent from TRYON.
We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, pricing, availability, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy policies.
Virtual try-on results and product tags are for visualization and discovery only. They do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation of any third-party seller or product.
Copyright and Infringement Reports
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on TRYON infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us at admin@tryonapp.xyz with the subject line Copyright Report and include:
- Your name and contact information
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed
- Identification of the material on TRYON you claim is infringing (for example, a post URL, username, or description sufficient for us to locate it)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
We may remove or restrict access to reported content and may terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. We may share notice information with the user who posted the content as part of our review process.
Counter-notices: If you believe content was removed in error, contact admin@tryonapp.xyz with the subject line Copyright Counter-Notice and explain why you believe the content should be restored.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use TRYON for any unlawful purpose, attempt to bypass security, or scrape our services.
8. Account Termination
TRYON may suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to features, at any time if we reasonably believe:
- you violated these Terms or our community rules;
- you create risk or possible legal exposure for TRYON;
- your account was used for unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct;
- providing the service to you is no longer appropriate for safety, legal, or operational reasons; or
- required by law or platform policy.
Where permitted by law, TRYON may also suspend or terminate accounts for other reasonable operational reasons. Termination of your TRYON account does not automatically cancel store subscriptions (see Section 3).
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
TRYON is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that TRYON will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated try-on results will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any purchase decision.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRYON and its operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from your use of TRYON — including inaccuracies in virtual try-on results, product information, or third-party shopping experiences.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to TRYON or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to TRYON for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limits on liability; in those cases, the above limits apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we may also provide additional notice within the app or by other reasonable means.
Continued use of TRYON after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using TRYON and cancel any active subscriptions through the applicable billing channel.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
You agree that disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or TRYON will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
Nothing in this section limits your right to bring claims in your country of residence where such rights cannot be waived by contract under applicable law.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent, to the extent permitted by law.
