Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 2026. At TRYON, we value your trust. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

1. Data Collection & Processing

We collect data needed to provide TRYON features, including:

  • Images you upload/capture to generate virtual try-on results
  • Account data (for example, email and account identifiers)
  • Usage and diagnostics data to operate, secure, and improve TRYON

2. Third-Party Services We Use

We use service providers under contractual safeguards. Depending on your usage, this may include:

  • Google Firebase (Google LLC): authentication, database, storage, and (where enabled) analytics
  • RevenueCat: subscriptions, entitlements, and purchase status synchronization
  • Apple / Google: app-store billing, receipts, and platform purchase records
  • Stripe: web checkout and customer billing for eligible purchases
  • Meta (Facebook) SDK: limited app event measurement where enabled; iOS tracking-related processing follows ATT requirements

We do not sell personal information as “sale” is defined by CCPA/CPRA, and we do not permit service providers to use your data for unrelated independent advertising.

3. Analytics, Measurement, and Tracking

We may use analytics and diagnostics for app reliability and product improvement.

On iOS, where required, we request permission via App Tracking Transparency (ATT) before cross-app tracking-related access. You can manage tracking permissions in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. Data Retention & Storage

  • Uploaded source images: retained up to 4 days, then deleted automatically
  • Generated try-on results/history/account-linked data: retained while your account is active, or until you delete items or delete your account
  • Deletion requests: account/data deletion requests are processed within applicable legal/operational timelines (typically within 30 days where feasible)

5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA and similar laws)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or appeal of decisions about your personal data.

To submit a request, email admin@tryonapp.xyz with subject: “Privacy Request”.

For California and certain U.S. states:

  • Categories may include identifiers, commercial information, usage activity, and visual data (photos)
  • We do not sell personal information
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable law

6. Cookies, Local Storage, and Mobile Identifiers

Our website may use cookies/similar technologies for core functionality and preferences.

Our mobile apps may use local storage and platform identifiers for login sessions, subscription validation, fraud prevention, and security operations. Advertising-related identifiers on iOS are subject to ATT/user settings.

7. International Transfers

Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate transfer safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) or lawful exceptions.

8. Children’s Privacy

TRYON is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn such data was collected, we will delete it.

9. Legal Basis (EEA/UK)

Where applicable, we process personal data based on one or more legal grounds: performance of contract, legitimate interests (service security and improvement), compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required.
