Last updated: February 2026. At TRYON, we prioritize your security and trust. This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your data in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and App Store requirements.

1. Data Collection & Processing

We collect images you upload or capture for the purpose of virtual fitting. We also collect basic account information and usage data to facilitate app functionality.

  • Images: Processed to generate virtual fit results and temporarily stored for a 4-day processing window.
  • Usage Data: Stored securely on our cloud servers to maintain your try-on history and profile preferences.

2. Third-Party Services

We utilize trusted third-party service providers to facilitate our platform operations, including advanced image processing, secure authentication, and data storage. These partners are required to maintain high standards of data security and are prohibited from using your data for their own independent purposes.

3. Data Retention & Storage

By default, TRYON stores your uploaded images securely in the cloud for a period of 4 days to process the virtual try-on. After this 4-day period, images are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers.

Other data, such as your try-on history and body mapping metadata, is stored securely within your profile so you can access it across devices. We retain this non-image data as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items or your entire account at any time.

4. User Rights (Account Deletion)

You have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data. You can request full account and data deletion directly through the app settings or by emailing us at admin@tryonapp.xyz. Once requested, your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

TRYON is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

6. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal identifiers to maintain your login session and improve app performance. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
